How does a Gold Buyers Fundraiser work?
Our team of professional gold buyers will provide free valuations for any old, broken or unwanted gold jewellery your supports want to bring along to your fundraiser, and will then make an offer to each of them based on that day’s wholesale gold price.
If your individual supporter’s accept the offer on the day, they will receive the same pricing for their gold as they would receive from one of our shopping centre stores, so they are very happy. Gold Buyers Australia Pty Ltd will then donate 10% of the total ‘buys’ from the fundraiser, as a direct donation to your organisation.
All payments for your individual supporter’s gold is paid directly into the bank account they nominate, and the 10% donation component is paid directly into the account nominated by your organisation’s treasurer or executive member. (Please note that no cash is paid at the fundraiser, for the security of all attending. All payments are made directly by our accounts office via EFT.)
